  • 24 chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 TBSP ranch seasoning
  • 1 TBSP minced garlic
  • 1 TBSP vinegar
  • BBQ sauce (to taste)
  • Flour tortillas
  • Shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  2. Pour BBQ sauce over the chicken until well covered.
  3. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours until tender.
  4. Shred the chicken in the crockpot and mix with remaining sauce.
  5. Place shredded chicken and cheese on each tortilla, then roll tightly.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry roll-ups until golden brown on all sides.
