  • 46 slices quality turkey
  • 8 slices gruyère or Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • Sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each croissant in half lengthwise. On the bottom half, layer two slices of cheese followed by turkey slices and an additional slice of cheese before closing.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, honey, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and poppy seeds. Brush the mixture generously over the top of each croissant.
  4. Place the croissants on the lined baking sheet and bake for 7-9 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
  5. Once baked, sprinkle with sliced green onions before serving.
