Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 small yellow onion (peeled and diced)
- 1 small jalapeno (seeded and minced)
- 3 15 oz cans pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
- 2 cups finely chopped smoked brisket
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the diced onion and minced jalapeno. Sauté until softened.
