  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice (plus extra for sprinkling)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 small Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 ounce) tube Pillsbury Original crescent rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and apple pie spice; set aside.
  3. Toss the apple slices in melted butter until coated.
  4. Arrange crescent roll triangles on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle each with the brown sugar mixture.
  5. Top with chopped pecans and place an apple slice on the wide end of each triangle. Wrap the dough around each apple slice.
  6. Brush with remaining melted butter and sprinkle with additional apple pie spice.
