For the Tortilla Pizza:

  • 1 large flour tortilla (10-inch)

  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce or marinara sauce

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 56 turkey pepperoni slices or beef pepperoni slices

  • 1 tbsp chopped red onions (optional)

  • 1 tbsp sliced black olives (optional)

  • 1 tbsp diced green bell pepper (optional)

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning or dried oregano

  • Cooking spray or a light brush of olive oil

For Garnish (Optional):

  • Fresh basil leaves

  • Crushed red pepper flakes

  • Grated parmesan cheese


Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Tortilla Base
Lightly spray one side of the tortilla with cooking spray or brush with a bit of olive oil.
Place the tortilla, oiled side down, on a clean surface.
This ensures the base gets nice and crispy in the air fryer.

Step 2: Add Sauce and Cheese
Spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edge.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.

Step 3: Add Toppings
Place turkey or beef pepperoni slices evenly across the top.
Add any optional toppings like red onions, olives, or green bell pepper.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning or oregano for extra flavor.

Step 4: Air Fry the Pizza
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) if required.
Carefully transfer the tortilla pizza into the air fryer basket.
Cook for 4–5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the tortilla are golden and crispy.

 

Step 5: Slice and Serve
Use tongs to carefully remove the pizza from the air fryer.
Let it cool slightly, then slice into wedges using a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
Garnish with fresh basil, red pepper flakes, or grated parmesan if desired.
