Ingredients
- 2 8-inch flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons salsa
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Mexican cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked and chopped chicken breast
- 1/4 small bell pepper (chopped)
- 1/8 small red onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 200C/400F for about 5 minutes.
- Lay the tortillas on a cutting board. Spread salsa on one side of one tortilla.
- Layer mozzarella cheese, Mexican cheese, chicken, bell pepper, and red onion on the other side.
- Place the tortilla with salsa on top of the filled tortilla and press firmly.
- Brush melted butter on both sides of the quesadilla.
- Cook in the air fryer for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Carefully cut into quarters and serve with your favorite dips.
